Cognitive
COGNITIVE SPEED is how quickly players read and appropriately react to the game around them (teammates, opponents, the ball, etc.).
Technical
TECHNICAL SPEED relates to the execution of sport-specific skills. It is all those things —like dribbling, serving, or blocking— that make each sport unique.
Athletic
ATHLETIC SPEED involves movement of the body from one place to another, whether by running, jumping, crawling, or some combination thereof.
