About
An award-winning academic, Cory Goodman, holds a Masters of Science Degree in High-Performance Sport, and has been an NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist since 2002.
He spent nine years as a university strength and conditioning coach in Canada, winning ten conference championships (with the basketball, soccer, volleyball, and wrestling teams).
Cory is also a two-time provincial champion as head and assistant coach for Canadian football teams, and has coached that sport professionally in Germany.
Through this multi-disciplinary background, Coach Cory was able to determine what contributes to the success of teams and individual athletes. (It is speed, regardless of the gender, sport or competitive level.) Furthermore, he has refined training methodologies that demonstrably make the slowest players fast, and fastest players even faster.
